ABOUT ME

It all started with music. At 16, I joined a band, dedicating countless hours to writing, rehearsing, and performing—a passion that stayed with me for many years. By 21, I was also traveling the world as a flight attendant, juggling multiple side jobs while still making time for gigs and the band. Those years were thrilling and full of adventure, but as much as I loved it, I often found myself feeling restless—searching for a deeper sense of ease and contentment.

Yoga became a regular part of my life then, though I initially approached it with the same intensity, pushing for a physical challenge. It wasn’t until my body started giving me signs I couldn’t ignore that I realized I needed to slow down. Only later did I discover the power in stillness and rest, the very things I had been avoiding.

Long travels, a newfound love for surfing, and diving deeper into yoga, mindfulness, and meditation shifted everything. Surfing taught me patience and humility, while yoga and meditation helped me connect on a deeper level. Over time, it became about more than just the body. It was about understanding the mind, connecting with the heart, and navigating life with clarity and calm.

I’m still learning, still evolving, but I now know how to pause, how to listen, and how to find presence in moments that used to slip by. Sharing these practices with others, in a way that’s real and accessible, has become my greatest passion.
