How often do you give yourself permission to truly pause — to rest, recharge, reflect, and connect? This is a space to slow down, create a sense of community, share perspectives, and navigate life’s ups and downs together. We explore what excites us, what challenges us, and how to move through life’s changes with more clarity, ease, and joy. We meet every 4–6 weeks on Sunday mornings at 10:00 for sessions that evolve based on the group and the energy of the moment. Each session is a deep dive into a new theme — inspired by yoga philosophy, the group’s inputs, meaningful books, conversations, or simply the joys and challenges of everyday life. Here’s what our gatherings might include: – Gentle Yin-inspired and mindful movement to unwind body and mind – Guided reflection and journaling – Simple breathing and relaxation practices – Live sound and soothing music – Honest conversation and inspiration for everyday life This isn’t a typical yoga class — it’s an open space where all of you is welcome. Whether you’re new to this or have been practicing for years, you’ll find a place to pause, connect, and reset. (Language depending on participants: a mix of English and Swiss German)

Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before the event. After that, the full fee applies — but you’re welcome to send someone in your place.
